Subject: Renting from Avis, Budget ,enterprise in Rhode Island
So should we continue to take Additional liability insuarance (ALI) offered by such car rentals since most of the usual car owners also only purchase the state minimum liability coverage.
Shouldn't the Vicarious liability insurance law be different for the leasing companies and the short auto rental companies such as Avis, budget and enterprise.
