Why is it so hard to understand that people who have gay and lesbian sex have the same right to marry as everyone else. No men in this country can marry another man, and no women in this country can marry another woman. Since we all have to abide by this; so should people who have sex with same sex partners.
Yet all males have the right to marry a woman and all women have the right to marry a man. Thus all have equal protection under the law.
No one has a constitutional right to marry it is controlled by states. If courts keep trying to write laws (i.e.) MA, then we will need to address this issue through a constitutional amendment that marriage is between a man and a woman period always has been always should be. Even in the absolute decadence of Rome and all of its public acceptance of gay sex, never, I repeat, never did they allow same sex marriage. Even when people totally gave in to selfish lust and immorality(Rome) they still did not allow people of the same sex to marry. Think about it...don't get all emotional...dont feel wishy washy and sympathetic...THINK.
What good will be added? None, when you change the morale standards that all of civilized society and all of nature scream about, only bad will come of it.
