I have been put workers comp from 2001 and i am partial premament.I was very upset about not being able to return to work do to my back injury so i don't like it when people think everyone wants to get on workers comp,i for one really injoyed working at my job but nothing i can do about it now.Ok my question is with reform would i get the incress in my weekly payments also or is it just for the newly disabled. As stated i became disabled in 2001.
