Commentary from trial lawyer friendly William Sage, and Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell whose campaigns are funded by the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association is anything but credible.

Ask Pennsylvania physicians if their medical liability premiums show evidence that the crisis is over.

Ask patients who must wait lengthy periods of times to see a specialists.

Ask the Chester County families of those who died because neurosurgeons have been sued out of the area.

Ask PA insurance providers who paid out $2.01 billion dollars in awards against PA Physicians from 2000-2004.

Ask the resident physicians who are leaving PA once their residency is done....

Doctors are still leaving the state, people are dying, and trial lawyer-owned politicians like Governor Rendell continue to hide behind the smoke and mirrors of a numbers game at the expense of people's lives.
