Obviously, Mills is a suppporter of the status quo and knows how he was appointed insurance commissioner without any prior regulatory experience...if Spitzer is elected NY gov, Mills will be out on the street faster than you can say "career politician." Hopefully, he'll be replaced with a serious regulator who can stand up to the insurance industry when necessary to clean up their act.
