Another joke from the King of Tax States. What the hell does this program do other than reward the "less fortunate." What if you are already paying for health care at work? Are you paying twice? Like I have said before, why don't we all just quit our jobs, sit on our behinds and let the Dem's take care of us? Oh, one more thing: Does this cover the illegals, too?
