Anything that forces everyone to get health insurance is good law because the very people who don't get health insurance are the one's who are making me and you pay for their healthcare. As long as the free enterprise is allowed to particate without overburdening the taxpayers is sound to me. While some people say they don't need coverage, if something happens to them, we all pay for it.
