So was this one of John Edwards cases? It sounds like his MO. Take a disabled child into the court room and argue that there HAD to be someone responsible for this poor child's condition, regardless of the medical research showing that birth trauma does not cause cerebral palsy. Who can say no to a poor disabled child.
