Great punitive way of getting out of paying an accident claim. Responsibility? Certainly important, but how many of you have 18 year olds or when YOU where 18 you did something stupid? This kid hurt only himself and the only ones paying the price are the other patients treated in that hospital who must pay the operating costs used by this kid and denied by his insurance company.
Guess you all think the police should have let him die on the street, right?
