If major insurers oversight and management groups were found to be approving of unfair and financially deceptive (fraudulent) claim settlement practices, would they go to prison for longer terms because of all of the people damage they had intentionally, and unnessessarily caused?

If $84,000.00 gets you 8-12, what does $84-$184 Billion get you?
