We represent Underwriters at LLoyds and have a homeowners facility that has not increased rates on homeowners insurance on the Cape Cod or the Islands. Wind deductibles have increased slightly. Limits can be written up to $1.5mil for Cov A within 24 hours and from $1.5mil to $25mil with 48 hours notice. Claim adjustment and payments are handled from our office in Providence, R. I.
