It's commendable that FEMA is addressing the needs of their neighbors, however, the average payment of $1,456.52 per 4,600 applicants may need a realistic readjustment upward.

Too, FEMA's NFIP/WYO "partners" may not want to repeat their unconscienceable hurricane Isabel claim handling conduct-

But then again, if they don't, they are at risk of exposing themselves for their previously unfair conduct.
