Ask a New York agent about the ARP and competition. This will show how clueless Bowler is about business. New York agents will tell you how bad the plan is and how helpless they feel against Geico. Bowler cannot see this. Someday we will have one insurance company. One Home Depot and one CVS. Good luck everyone with our commisioner.
