As much as I would like to see something like this succeed, I don't have a lot of feeling that it will. Hopefully, I am wrong, but getting a State Gov't to try and run such a program is only going to cost taxpayers much more in taxes, there will be layers upon layers of red tape and corruption and the quality of care and most likely the quantity of care will be dismal at best. We see how it works in Canada, and they don't even try and collect premiums. What are they going to do, start putting people in jail who don't pay. This will end up being just another gov't program that doesnt' do what it was intended to do and become a waste of taxpayer dollars.
