Comrades, on the beautiful island nation of the People's Republic of Cuba we have universal health insurance. It's wonderful! We are at a loss as to why people risk their lives on inner tubes and boxes to try to float to Florida, where there is no universal health care. But I hope that in the near future all states in the USA will have universal health insurance so that our people will realize that it is futile to try to escape it.
