Subject: Let's all look
When a compnay goes belly up for improper reserves then we have the outcry of why wasn't their rate changed to prevent this.
This is an indusrty that no matter what we do we always have soomeone pointing out what went wrong EXCEPT for some of the out landish salaries of the CEO's.
Perhaps it's about time that the DOI began to look at salaries of these people. If sports wants a salary cap why not other business's.
A good adjustor can bust their but work 50 to 60 hours a week make 75K to 100K and watch their boss bring up what a great salary they make.
Let's just face it, we work in an indusrty that has and always will have a target painted on it, except for the CEO's.
