I empathize with your pain. I was in the same place that you are when my husband died after contracting MRSA and Pseudomonas. The anger, sadness and loss echoes in my mind and heart every day. It is for this reason that I continue to write and alert others to the problem we have with hospitals. It is now dangerous to enter some hospitals for any type procedure. Think of Lorri who is a nurse and went in for elective surgery. They blame her for an infection she contracted in the hospital. They blamed my husband for having a compromised immune system. The bottom line is that these are infections from bacteria that is being transmitted inside the hospital, not outside. In fact it is so serious that now MRSA is moving into a community acquired version. The hospitals may then challenge the argument that they are the source of the problem.
