I applaud the AG for asking questions and pushing back on the proposed increase. It is her job to be the advocate for the Massachusetts consumer. The direction the homeowners insurance dilemma is going leads me to think this problem will come in as a close second to home foreclosures in MA. Citizens are having a hard time covering escalating costs and 25% a year is absurd! Salary raises are about 1-3%. How does one keep up? Please Attorney General Coakley, help put an end to this unnecessary insurance problem! Get tough.
