New Hampshire would give up its status as the only state without a mandatory seat belt law for adults under a bill ...

"If an "adult" chooses not to wear a seat belt and is injured in an "accident," an insurance carrier has the right to "choose" not to pay for injuries arising out of such an incident as the injuries were not caused by an "accident," but rather a conscious decision…Hospitals should have the "choice" to provide low budget services to keep their costs down - Moreover, for those "killed" in the crash – their premiums are fully earned and not subject to cancellation. Problem solved...
Let them live free or die... just don't make the rest of us pay for their ignorance or arrogance - I'm not sure which it is at this point.
