Not only do people drive without seat belts they also drive uninsured because auto insurance is not mandatory in NH! If you don't have collision and UM and you get hit by one of them you are lucky to collect $15 per month in restitution based on court ordered payment plans! Personally I don't think we should pay for injuries to any adult who does not use a seat belt or motorcycle helmet. If they die...fine... if they are injured...well they can just pay their own bills.
