NH residents are obligated to buckle up when they travel outside of NH... every other state has a seat belt law. NH residents also don't buy insurance then they drive in other states, cause accidents, then go home leaving unpaid medical bills and damaged cars! You could be their next victim and the NH courts do not help you get reimbursed... so much for live free or die... you can die and they don't pay.. so much for everyone having freedom... oh, just NH folks are supposed to Live Free or Die..
