A lot of factors not disclosed in this article are up for consideration - lest we not judge until all facts are presented
My first reaction "what a crock" - If I want to have a house built and hire an indepependent contractor to come and build it - because they had to follow a pattern (BLUE PRINTS!!!) then they are now my employees???? Go figure... it's Vermont...
