You know why this is only aimed at teens? Because it won't impact the lawmakers' driving habits. Why make a law that will inconvenience yourself? I guess once you have been driving for over 180 days, you're a good driver, even when talking on the phone (sarcastic).

I agree that this legislation should apply to ALL drivers.
