If only we could blame OPEC... oil prices are DOWN globally. Pick your poison... ecto-terrorists and tree-huggers for blocking new refineries or gas companies for not building them (or for doing maintenance in peak season). This time it't not OPEC's fault.

I just hope the oil companies lube up first and tell me I'm pretty after they're done with the raping we're getting.
