How can it be so difficult to have a standard set of laws (countrywide) to hamper fraud and prosecute it? It should not be a contest between insurers and lawyers. (There is an actual seminar on "How to successfully sue an insurance agent). We, in MA, have finally started to see lower rates after fighting lawyers and chiropractors who knew how to circumvent the laws...now several of them are in jail with the same folks they represented.
