Amen Mr Reed - I'm sure the cop was close enough to get the license number - you know, that little metal thing on the back of the vehicle that tells you who owns the thing... Would have been more to the point to track them down that way - and if he wasn't "close enough" I'll bet you ask any of the motorists on that street when the cycle went by they probably could come up with a partial - Maybe I'm the exception but seeing something like that - even at a glance - you notice. They should have a hotline set up where people can call in speeders - or road rage - I know the "big brother" thing is a stickler, but if it saves lives - it's better than taking out a few innocent people to do it.
