Just having them pass you can be scary — groups of high-speed motorcyclists darting through traffic at speeds that make even lead-foot drivers wince.
Called "bullet bikes'' and "crotch rockets,'' ...

Subject: RE: CROTCH ROCKETS
The motorcycles otherwise known as "crotch rockets" are no exception. If they can be operated safely then they should be. If they aren't operated safely, then the offending driver/rider should be punished.
