Travelers Ins. After having a fire loss is without a doubt the worst insurance company to deal with. The Personnel/Adjusters are the rudest and most uncooperative people I have ever met. The company and its adjusters do not live up to the policy and give you the hardest time after your loss. I will never recomend and in fact go out of my way to tell anyone about the poor service and experience I have had with Travelers. I have already ntold my agent and intend to spread this as far as i can for as long as I can.
