Stupidity and driver inattention has been, is now, and will always be a problem without an acceptable solution. I say "acceptable" because we know our courts and the ACLU will balk at anything that makes people accountable for their actions. Law abiding, responsible people will continue to me injured or killed because of a small percentage of morons. Too bad there isn't a technology solution that would block outgoing cell phone signals for the person behind the wheel.
