This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. What if you're having an emergency? Say you're rushing your pregnant wife/friend to the hospital and need to call the husband/doctor on the way? What if you're being followed and want to phone for help? There are many situations where you need your cell phone when driving and it isn't necessarily to text or chat about mundane things.
