I think you all missed the most important part of this story. It only applies to 2 handed text messaging or emails. If I can still send a text message with one hand I am not breaking the law. Please explain how this will be enforced? "No officer my other hand was not helping me type it was holding the steering wheel." Next will be a ban on text messaging while using 2 eyes. If you only use one eye for texting and one eye for driving you will be legal. Come on this is a joke to waste more time and taxpayers money. Lets accomplish something worthwhile!!!
