only outlaws will text two handed. Lets outlaw application of makeup, smoking, coffee drinking, talking on the phone, eating, reading the paper/magazine/Louis La'Mour, changing clothes, slapping children (feel free to chime in). Or we can just say if you hurt someone while doing any or all of this, we'll call it negligent and charge you accordingly. I know on an intellectual level we can spell out every single malfeasance a human could perpetrate, but isn't it easier to just charge them WHEN they cause a problem?
