i believe there should be absolutly NO txting! and i think its good they are doing some about it because if we stop it now and NOT "when" its a problem then we are doing something good! if we wait till its a problem then what are you going to tell the mother of the person who got hit because some stupid kid was txting and not watching the road! how many ppl do you want to get hurt before you consider it a problem??
