we still are not giving fair $$ to the out of state driver. why can we charge more for an in-state driver for a bad record, but we can't be same for an out-of-state driver...in-state drivers are more apt to go to court to reduce the ticket or get it dismissed than an out-of-state driver...our taxpayer dollars are already paying for the officer's salary, judges salary and other administrative costs...so why is it costing more? it should not! in today's society, we are trying to go to paperless. yet, we see more $$$ going to creating paper instead of reducing costs...so we are creative in finding more revenue, but it's unfair...
