I believe you may have let the Geico commercials go to your head Bill. I've lived in California the last 3 years before moving to Mass. I have had a policy with Geico, Progressive, and an Independent agent. Geico and Progressive's service was good, not great by any means...not any better than what I now see in Massachusetts. Oh and by the way, I saved over $600 a year by going with the independent agent on similar coverages.
