Nobody, citzens or immigrants, should be permitted to clog our ER's with routine medical/health issues that aren't true EMERGENCIES. The ER has become a nesting ground for people without insurance who know they can't be turned away. Well, they should be turned away and directed to clinics so people with real emergencies don't end up waiting 5 hours to be seen.
