To the people at MASSPIRG etal that don't want the market to set prices, why don't you take that thought to its logical conclusion. Let's have lawyers fees limited by the state. Let's have anyone who wants to litigate auto accidents be subject to the same financial scrutiny as an insurer. Let's have their profits regulated in the same way as the insurers.
