Conservatives and Republicans are not one and the same. A conservative is a person with a particular point of view. A Republican is an affiliate of a political party. Same applies to liberals and Democrats.
Now, if people wanted to start discussing the core of the issues and stop labeling each other, perhaps both sides could learn a little? Just a suggestion.
The very wealthy do not have to follow the same rules as the working class because when they have a problem all they really have to do is throw money at it and the problem goes away. Must be nice.
Al Franken either made an honest mistake or someone in his camp didn't do their homework. He probably put someone else in charge of it and they dropped the ball... How many politicans/celebrites actually open their own mail? My boss doesn't open her own mail and she's neither politician nor celebrity. Poop happens, but at least he said he would pay it.
