On the contrary. I spent nearly 40 years as a plaintiff's trial attorney, with about 10 of those years trying medmal cases. I currently conduct focus grps and mockl trials and find that jurors are not giving away the store, but they are intelligent, thoughtful and reasonable and they bsolutely have reached the point that all of us need to take greater responsibility for our own actions. What would you take (in dollars) to avoid this happening to you or yours??
