Whoa JB, hold on there. miller didn't put any numbers in his post - he said "reasonable". I think we can all agree that med-mal premiums are too high. They need to be made reasonable so doctors can afford to practice. Part of getting to that will be capping non-economic damages so insurers can start projecting risk better.
