I think that people are missing an opportunity here.

What about going after the road crews who built the roads that the buses drove on?

Why don't we look into who built the building? I think THEY have to answer to why they built a building that years later had a concert where fireworks were illegally used and the place burned down.
Not the current owners...the original builders.

And for that matter, how does the company that built the printers that printed the tickets get away with this? Had they not printed tickets, no one would have been allowed in and only Great White would have been in danger.

The possibilities are endless!
