Their defense should strongly suggest that there was absolute coersion foisted upon them by the Whoremongering ex-governor Spitzer

He promised (threatened) to drag these fine companies through the mud and bring them to ruin if they didn't capitulate
Even so, thousands of innocents lose their jobs
Justice must be served !
