Wow is right. It is hard to believe, and very disgusting, that these attitudes still exist. I do have a question though: where is the rest of the money going? The article states that 4 individuals will get $750,000 of the $1.65mm. The government or lawyers?

Observation: Conectiv and it's subs are probably not Obama supporters.
