She is a very bright lady who, appropriately, decided that it is time to stop making decisions that simply support the status quo of Mass Auto being an "insider's game". The more that the regulation of Mass Auto looks like it does in other states, the more competition there will be, and the more benefits will flow to consumers. So, if you're a member of the insiders club who are used to gaming the system in order to keep out the competition, you'd better batten down the hatches and get ready. If you don't believe me, just look at Arthur's move to cash out -- and nobody is claiming he's a dumbarse, are they?
