What kind of an idiot walks along a dark stretch of highway at 2:00am anyway and how does anybody know the guy wasn't on the roadway? The jury "assumed" the hit and run driver was too far to the right. They're supposed to deal with facts, not suppositions. This jury should be charged with criminal stupidity.
