New York City is known for dishonest inspectors. Making laws that require New York City government inspections of cranes just perpetrates more kick backs, corruption, and graft.
Three people are responsible for all construction project accidents - the job superintendent, project manager, and construction company president. When laws are passed making the job superintendent, project manger, and construction company president responsible and accountable then construction project accidents will begin to drop.
