THE SITUATION IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT THE CITY WOULD REMOVE A REQUIREMENT THAT A CITY INSPECTOR BE IN ATTENDANCE WHEN CRANES ARE RAISED OR LOWERED ! MORESO, A QUALIFIED ENGINEER; EXPERIENCED IN THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE ON HAND. AND YES: WHO;S GONNA PAY FOR THIS JOE, YOU ASK? THE CONTRACTOR! HE'S THE BIRD MAKING THE PROFIT.
