help me here. are not the condo doc's the place to find out what is to be covered by the UNIT OWNER and THE HOA? dont you all have to send a copy to the carrier BEFORE they agree to bind coverage? i am reading one as we "speak" , from a NORTH CAROLINA development and unit is defined as the sheet rock in on the ceiling,walls with floor sub surface as the HOA but floor covering the UNIT OWNERS . all interior non - load bearing walls , wires, plumbing , cabinets etc etc are the UNIT OWNERS. How about contractual HOLD HARMLESS AND WAIVER OF SUBROGATION in the DOC'S???
