Take a look at Florida Statute 718.111(11)
it clarifies who is responsable for damage's. The assn is responsible for the structure, the condo owner is responsable for everything inside of the bare wall. No longer do you have to go thru the maze of varying documents. It is one of the few things that the legislature has done right.
