One last comment from me and what we do... we are risk managers for a large publicly traded REIT that develops condos and for 3 GC developers of condos. these developers all use different attnys in the 8 southern states they build in--- WE HAVE TO READ EACH AND EVERY DOC as rarely do we have two that are exactly alike.FOR UNIT OWNERS---One in CHARLESTON,SC we have stud walls (non - structual ) , their coverings in.Another just wall coverings, no fixtures, cabinets etc etc. ALABAMA we have THE SAME two situiations. FLORIDA we have a variation. North Carolina same variations and more. MY point being READ AND DELIVER THE COVERAGE. I dont know the laws and really do not care because the attnys were hired by the developers to write the docs and we were hired to give input on insurance issues......
